This page describes what Marketipli does, what it does not do, how billing works, and what constraints apply.

What Marketipli Does

Marketipli scans a website URL provided by the user. The system extracts text content from the website and sends it to an external language model API. The language model generates advertising copy formatted for Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

The system produces seven Facebook ad variations and seven Google ad variations per generation. Each ad includes a headline, description, and call-to-action text formatted according to platform character limits.

Generated ads are displayed in the browser. Users manually copy text from the interface and paste it into Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads. Marketipli does not connect to advertising platforms via API.

Users can save generated ads to their account for later retrieval. Saved ads can be exported as CSV files.

What Marketipli Does Not Do

Marketipli is not a marketing agency. It does not provide marketing strategy, consulting, or campaign planning.

Marketipli does not guarantee advertising results. The system generates text based on website content. Performance depends on factors outside the system's control, including ad targeting, budget allocation, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Marketipli does not replace human judgment. Users are responsible for reviewing generated ads for accuracy, tone, compliance with advertising policies, and brand alignment before deployment.

Marketipli does not manage campaigns, adjust bids, optimize performance, or monitor ad spend. Campaign execution occurs entirely within external advertising platforms controlled by the user.

Marketipli does not create visual assets, videos, landing pages, or other creative materials beyond text.

Marketipli does not provide legal, financial, or marketing advice. Users are responsible for compliance with advertising regulations, tax obligations, and platform policies.

How Billing Works

Marketipli charges a one-time setup fee of $29. This fee is charged when a user completes account activation. Payment is processed through Stripe.

After the setup fee, Marketipli charges a monthly platform fee equal to 10% of the user's Google Ads spend during the billing period. The billing period is 30 days.

Platform fees are calculated based on ad spend data reported by Google Ads. If a user spends $1,000 on Google Ads in a billing period, the platform fee for that period is $100.

Invoices are generated at the end of each 30-day billing period. Payment is processed automatically using the payment method on file.

If a user pauses campaigns or sets their campaign status to paused within Marketipli, the platform fee continues to be calculated based on actual ad spend reported by Google Ads. Pausing campaigns within Marketipli does not pause campaigns in Google Ads unless the user manually pauses them in Google Ads.

If a user's ad spend reaches a monthly budget cap set within Marketipli, the system updates the campaign status to stopped. This status change does not stop ads running in Google Ads. The user must manually pause ads in Google Ads to stop spend.

If no ad spend is reported during a billing period, the platform fee for that period is $0.

Budget Control & Spend Limits

Users can pause campaigns within Marketipli at any time. This updates the campaign status in the Marketipli system to paused.

Users can resume campaigns within Marketipli at any time, provided the monthly budget cap has not been reached.

Users can set a monthly budget cap within Marketipli. When ad spend reported by Google Ads reaches this cap, Marketipli updates the campaign status to stopped.

Campaign status changes within Marketipli do not control ad delivery in Google Ads. Ads continue to run in Google Ads until the user manually pauses them in Google Ads.

Marketipli does not have API access to Google Ads and cannot automatically pause campaigns when a budget cap is reached.

Refund Conditions

The $29 setup fee is refundable if requested within 7 days of payment and the user has not generated ads using the system.

The $29 setup fee is not refundable if the user has generated ads, saved ads, or exported ads after payment.

Monthly platform fees are not refundable. Platform fees are charged based on ad spend that has already occurred.

Refund requests must be submitted by email. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Service is considered delivered when the system generates advertising copy in response to a user request.

Data Access & Handling

Marketipli accesses the following data: website content submitted by the user, generated advertising copy, saved ads, and ad spend data reported by Google Ads.

Marketipli does not access email content, private documents, financial records, customer data, or other data not explicitly submitted through the interface.

Website content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Generated ads are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. User authentication data is managed by NextAuth.

Marketipli does not sell user data. Marketipli does not share user data with third parties except as required for system operation (payment processing via Stripe, language model processing via Anthropic).

Generated ads and website scan data are retained in the user's account until the user deletes them or closes their account. Ad spend data is retained for billing history purposes.

Users can request data deletion by contacting support. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Operational Limits & Constraints

Ad performance data shown in Marketipli reports depends on data availability from Google Ads. If Google Ads does not provide data for a metric, Marketipli displays "Not available."

Ad spend data may be delayed by up to 24 hours due to reporting latency from Google Ads. Platform fees are calculated based on reported spend, not real-time spend.

Campaign status changes within Marketipli (pause, resume, stopped by cap) update immediately in the Marketipli interface. These changes do not affect ad delivery in Google Ads.

Website scanning depends on the structure and accessibility of the submitted URL. Websites that block automated access, require login, or use non-standard structures may not scan successfully.

Generated ad quality depends on the clarity and completeness of website content. Websites with minimal text, unclear messaging, or technical jargon produce lower-quality ads.

The system generates ads in English. Other languages are not supported.

Marketipli is available globally but billing and support are conducted in USD and English.
